Currently we only ship within the United States.

We ship primarily UPS but also ship via:

USPS
Freight Truck

Most large contractor grade sprayers (Ultra Max II 695, 795, 1095, LineLazers, etc) will ship for free to the 50 United States. Many homeowner sprayers, such as the LTS17, LTS 19, Magnum ProX9 will only ship for free within the continental U.S.

Please Note:

Some products ship for free, such as many of our airless sprayers. Purchasing a product that ships for free along with products that do not have free shipping does not mean your entire order will ship for free, shipping charges on these additional items is calculated (by their weight AND dimensions) separately from the free shipping items.
Items that qualify for free shipping will be shipped via UPS Ground or via ground freight (depending on the items size and weight), regardless of shipping selection during checkout.
All shipped items are sent via freight on board (FOB) shipping origin whether sent via UPS or Truck.
Free Shipping only qualifies for items shipped within the United States.
We cannot guarantee delivery times.
Please allow up to two business days to process your order.

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday 7:30am-4:30pm Pacific Time and are closed on major holidays. In stock item orders placed before 10:00am Pacific Time should ship out the same day. Orders after 10:00am PST may be processed on the next business day.

Orders that include items not in stock may be processed the following business day. We will notify you within a couple business days if there is a problem completing your order and it will take longer than two days to process.

Delivery time does not include order-processing time which can be up to two business days depending on the size and complexity of the order. Please keep in mind that in stock items may run out at any time, depending on the number of orders and order quantities for that particular item.

If we are unable to fill your order completely in a reasonable time frame, we will send you a partial shipment and the rest of your items will go on backorder and then be shipped promptly upon there availability.

Shipping Costs and Dimensional Weight

Dimensional weight - what is it? Why should I care?

Dimensional weight is a calculation using the weight of a box and the volume (length x width x height). Also known as "Billable weight" and "volumetric". This is a pricing method that shipping/freight companies use to charge by weight and volume.

The days of reasonable shipping costs are over. Most (virtually all) major carriers are charging by Dimensional Weight for all services. In the past Dimensional Weight calculations were not used on ground services.

This pricing technique is a boon for carriers. But somebody has to pay for it...merchants and buyers.

We are often asked "why are your shipping charges so high"? And the answer is, Dimensional Weight. We don't make-up or pad the shipping prices calculated in our store, these are live prices from UPS and USPS.
