Ingersoll Rand 39125547 Air Filter Element for 'SE' and SSR 1000 Rotary Screw Compressors

The 39125547air filter element was used on most commonly used on several older versions of the 15hp to 40hp range of Ingersoll Rand rotary screw air compressors. These models typically had "SE" at the end of the model numbers and the serial numbers started with either KE or KN. These compressors were produced between 1993 - 1996.

The older Ingersoll Rand SSR 1000 air compressors rated to 15hp, 20hp and 25hp manufactured between 1984 and 1986 also used this filter. The serial number range on these compressors were J0001-J0999 and K0001-K0999.

This Ingersoll air filter element should be changed every 2,000 hours. It is recommended to change the filter more often If your compressor is located in a dirty environment with lots of dust. Changing the air filter will prolong the life of your compressor by protecting the inlet and airend on the inside of the compressor. Proactively changing the air filter will also increase your energy efficiency by not restricting the inlet airflow going into the air compressor.

When changing the air filter element, it is also recommended to replace the oil coolant filter. 39907175 is the most common coolant filter paired with the 15-40hp compressors starting with serial number KE or KN. The most common separator element tied to these compressors was 39843693 however please confirm this is correct for your compressor as several different oil filters may have been used.
