Membrane Air Dryers

Compact, reliable and without need for external power: Membrane dryers use highlyselective membranes to dry the compressed air. They are able to achieve pressure dew points between +15 and -40 °C and are therefore widely used for a wide range of application. In particular for operation under changing ambient conditions. The integrated nanofilter guarantees efficient filtration and protects the membranes.

Membrane dryers in the compressed air industry are designed to allow water vapor to pass through the membrane pores faster than air, reducing the amount of water vapor in the air stream which lowers the dew point. A small amount of purge air is then used to dry the membrane core. 

Membrane air dryers are fantastic as point of use dryers where a piece of machinery may be more susceptible to moisture than other equipment in your facility.
