HVLP Sprayers
High Volume Low Pressure (HVLP) sprayers are made for fine finish work such as; furniture, cabinets, mantels, picture frames, etc. These sprayers apply paint using a high volume of air with the paint under low pressure. This maximizes atomization and control, minimizes overspray and waste. Using HVLP produces results similar to conventional (air powered) spray guns.
We carry a wide range of fine finishing equipment from HVLP sprayers to the newer 'HVLP like' Graco FinishPro 390 & 395 Air-Assisted Airless Sprayers as well as industrial air-driven finish sprayers and conventional too. Graco has been the industry leader in Fine Finish Sprayers for over 10 years.
HVLP is almost the opposite of airless spraying which puts the paint under high pressure to atomize it.
An air-assisted airless is more-or-less a combination of HVLP/conventional and airless. This is used in production environments where a 1 or 2 quart cup is not enough or is a hassle.
