Our Champion RotorLub 4000 rotary screw replacement compressor oil is designed to be top off compatible with the Champion OEM lubricant. This is a semi-synthetic 46 grade oil that is rated to provide superior service for up to two years or 8,000 hours in most rotary compressor applications. This rotary lubricant can be topped off if you are currently using RotorLub 4000 lubricant in your air compressor. It can also be changed out when performing a complete service and filter change.

This is a premium rotary compressor lubricant designed to protect air compressors from wear and deposit formation inside the airend, bearings, and oil sump tank. Its minimal oil carryover reduces oil and maintenance cost, and has higher demulsibility compared to lower quality mineral oils.

Our replacement rotary screw compressor lubricant is made in the United States. This product exceeds the specifications and quality compared to the OEM Champion oil (rated to 8,000 hour life while the RotorLub 4000 is only rated for a 4,000 lifespan).

The Champion part number for this oil in a 5 gallon pail is 28H166. Our internal part number for this oil is PC46UC which will be reflected on your invoice. This is non-OEM oil but 100% top off compatible with OEM.
