The ES3000 controller is an electronic microprocessor that controls all aspects of your rotary screw air compressor. This controller was used on several of the Chicago Pneumatic, Quincy and Atlas Copco air compressors. The most common models were the QRS20, QRS25 and QRS30

This is an electronic control unit programmed for energy saving operation with intelligent shutdown. The ES3000 controller makes operation very simple with warning and service alarms. Features include Icon based display with pressure and temperature settings/readings, running and working hours, service warnings, and more.

This is an OEM elektronikon controller from Chicago Pneumatic. This part may be shown in your parts manual as 2202 8420 11

Note that this controller is only used on compressors that were pre-shipped with the ES3000 microprocessor controller. If you have a different style QRS rotary screw compressor please contact us for assistance.
