Ingersoll Rand OEM 42410530 Separator Element for 3-10HP ESP Series Rotary Compressors

This Ingersoll Rand separator element should be changed every 4,000 hours or once per year. The separator filter removes oil from the airstream before the air is sent downstream. Proactively changing the separator element will reduce the pressure drop across the sump tank, increasing your energy efficiency and preventing oil from getting into your air dryer or production equipment. When changing the separator element, it is also recommended to change the compressor oil, oil filter, and air filter element.

This separator is most commonly asociated with 3HP, 5HP and 10HP rotary screw compressors manufactured by Ingersoll Rand between 1992 and 1995. The serial numbers most commonly start with AO. There were several different models during this time frame that took different separator kits. Please contact our parts department for confirmation this will work with your air compressor.
