22234967 is an OEM air filter assembly used on several medium sized Ingersoll Rand rotary screw air compressors. This filter was most commonly associated with the UP6-40 and UP6-50 rotary screw compressors, and will also work with the IRN30 and IRN40 variable speed compressors.

This IR air filter assembly houses the main inlet filter which should be changed every 2,000 hours. It is recommended to change the filter more often If your compressor is located in a dirty environment with lots of dust. Changing the air filter will prolong the life of your compressor by protecting the critical parts on the inside of the compressor. Proactively changing the air filter will also increase your energy efficiency by not restricting the inlet airflow going into the air compressor.
