37170834 is a heavy duty inlet air filter assembly used for Ingersoll Rand's 2475 piston air compressors that are located in dusty or dirty environments. This provides additional air inlet filtration compared to the standard housing.

The 37170834 provides a larger surface bed of filtration and removes dust particles to 4 micron. The standard air inlet filter that comes with the 2475 compressor pump is a 32170953.
