Ingersoll Rand 125-145 Pilot Valve for Small UP6 Rotary Screw Compressors – 39266044

Replacement pilot valve assembly for the smaller Ingersoll Rand UP6 air compressors. This is a constant run adjustment valve that allows the compressor to be operated in constant run mode instead of on/off. This is pre-set to operate between 125 and 145psi. This item was most commonly used in the Ingersoll Rand UP6 rotary screw compressors 15hp and below. This was used between June of 2005 and October of 2013.

This was the second most common pilot valve used in IR rotary screw compressors with the exception of 39266077 that was preset as 102-125psi.

Running your compressor in constant run or load/unload mode is recommended when your air usage is continuous throughout the day. This prevents excess wear and tear on your motor due to increased starts and stops. If your compressor cycles only a few times per hour, then it is recommended to operate off the pressure switch for energy efficiency. This pilot valve allows operation in constant run more or start/stop.
