Graco OEM 288716 Inlet Strainer / Rock Guard for Magnum Airless Paint Sprayers
The Graco 288716 inlet strainers and rock guard are attached to the inlet tube of the paint sprayer, and prevent garbage and debris from entering into the pump. Removing unwanted debris from the paint and reduces tip clogging. Clean and replace the inlet strainer regularly for long pump life and superior finish.

- Damaged or worn inlet strainers can let unwanted debris to enter into the pump
Use with Magnum models project painter plus, X5, X7, ProX17, ProX19, ProX17 and ProX19 airless paint sprayers. Will also fit the older series Magnum DX, XR5, XR7, and XR9
Although it is possible to run the sprayer without the rock guard attached, you run the risk of causing debris to be suctioned into the pump, causing internal damage to the machine, which can result in hefty repair bills.
