Rotary screw compressors utilize two rotating screws that spin counter to eachother which compresses air. Screw compressors are designed for continuous-duty 100% load capacity. If you need a constant supply of compressed air, then we recommend a rotary compressor. Rotary screw compressors have various capabilities and advantages that make them reliable workhorses for a wide array of industrial applications.

Besides 100% duty cycle, they send cleaner air downstream compared to piston compressors and have virtually zero vibration. All rotary screw compressors we sell include a noise silencing canopy with dust protection. This results in a much quieter system than an open frame concept, while also keeping your equipment much cleaner.
