The 6221372650 Chicago Pneumatic separator element filter should be changed every 4,000 hours or once per year. The separator filter removes oil from the airstream before the air is sent downstream. Proactively changing the separator element will reduce the pressure drop across the sump tank, increasing your energy efficiency and preventing oil from getting into your air dryer or production equipment.

This separator element will fit most QRS3.0, QRS5.0, and QRS7.5 air compressors that were manufactured after September 2008

When changing the separator element, it is also recommended to replace the air filter, oil filter, and Rotair compressor lubricant.

This is an OEM part made by Chicago Pneumatic Air Compressors. This part number may also be shown as 6221 3728 50 or 6221-3728-50. This filter is also commonly used on several Atlas Copco Compressors and is their OEM filter as well.
