The LGM20 Mark II Load Genie is a constant run pilot unloader valve that is preset to 95-115psi operation. This allows a piston or reciprocating compressor to run in constant run mode when the compressor pump does not have built-in head unloaders. The LGM-20 combines a pilot valve, vent valve and check valve all in one piece for continuously running compressor applications.

This unloader valve is most commonly used in small gasoline or truck mount style applications and does include a separate 1/8”NPT port to connect an engine throttle cable. The LGM20 can also be used for stationary electric compressor applications. This pilot unloader valve is specifically designed for single stage air compressors.

One side of the LGM20-TM connects to the tank and another line connects to the discharge line coming from your pump. The thread on each side is ½” NPT. There is a manual unloading lever to allow the compressor to run in the unloaded state during cold weather applications. The valve is pre-set from the factory to kick in at 95psi and unload/blowdown at 115psi. The maximum flow rating on this valve is 20cfm at 250psi.
